All refund requests follow a specific process. An e-mail must be sent to support@mythicgames.net. The date of receipt of the e-mail places the request in the refund queue, even if you have not received a reply from customer service. Refunds are made every month according to a pre-determined amount, capped so as not to weaken the company’s cash flow. Refunds will therefore be made, but unfortunately within a timeframe that we are unable to specify precisely, as it varies according to your position in the chronological order. Expect to wait several months. Of course, we do our utmost to reduce this waiting time.
