This promotional deck is from a previous Kickstarter campaign. It is a deck of Wound cards that introduces an optional rule.
If you choose to play with Wounds, whenever you reach 10 Wounds, you must draw two Wound cards and choose one for your Enchanter.
This card describes your wound and imposes a restriction on you (in your movement on the field, or to rest, etc.) that lasts until you heal yourself to discard the card.
This fun optional rule is so successful that it is almost always played by experienced players.
