He knows the woods like the back of his paw

No sooner have I told you about one stretch goal, than you’ve battered down the door of another! Outstanding!

As you sail past $850k, there is only a slight pause while we add a new herbalist miniature (and accompanying wolf) to your box of free goodies. Then, onwards! There are more stretch goals left to conquer!

The herbalist is a central character in The Beast of Bordeaux adventure. He knows every path and shrub in the forest for miles about, and if anyone can lead Solomon Kane to the lair of the werewolf it is he. However, he is also the father of one of those accused of being a werewolf, and so his allegiances may not be as clear and true as Kane might hope. The Puritan will need the assistance of the Virtues to guide him through this literal and metaphorical tangle to reach the clear path of Truth and Light.

So the trail leads on, through the stretch goals, and through the woods. As you walk, you need to ask yourself some questions. Is the herbalist who guides you loyal to Kane and the villagers, or is he the father of a werewolf? Could he be simply an eccentric loner who doesn’t give a fig for the others? Is his shortsightedness a ruse to make him look helpless or is he really this blind? Is it possible that he is a werewolf himself? “A werewolf” or “the werewolf”? How many are there?

Solomon Kane needs your aid to find out. Only the Discovery cards know.

These are the sorts of secrets that lie hidden on the many Discovery cards we add in the next stretch goal, at $860k. And a wolf. Obviously, there’s another wolf…

If you are interested in any of our add-ons, simply click on the green “manage your pledge” button near the top of the page. Then increase your total by the amount of any add-ons you wish to include in your pledge. So, if you have an Early Bird Puritan pledge ($110) and want to add the Early Bird Virtuous Bundle ($190) so that you have everything available for Solomon Kane, you would increase your total to $300.

Please note that during the campaign there is no way for you to tell us what the money you pledge is actually for, so don’t worry about that now. Instead, after the Kickstarter is over we will send you a “pledge manager”. This allows you to tell us exactly how you want to allocate your pledge, which add-ons you would like, how many core boxes, and (most importantly) where we need to send it all!

Also note that you need to take the Early Bird Virtuous bundle if you have an Early Bird Puritan pledge, to avoid getting The Right Hand of Doom twice.
